CALEDONIAN TECHNICAL SERVICES (PTY) LTD manufacture jigs and fixtures to support torque tools and components for various applications. The engineering and manufacturing workshop provides the in house manufacture of jigs and fixtures which reduces costs and delivery time. We also develop, manufacture and install these custom applications.
| Giken Multi Spindles |
Caledonian is the only agent outside of Japan authorised by Giken to develop systems using their equipment. Giken multi spindles have also been installed in various applications e.g. 18 Spindle (Electronic) - Cylinder Head, 10 & 11 Spindle (Electronic) - Stud Runner, 11 Spindle (Electronic) - Nut Runner (Rear Axle) and 4 Spindle (Pneumatic) - U-Bolts. All torque values are captured in the system indicating whether it was OK or NOK.

Many assembly applications have been developed for various applications from pedal assemblies to bottle capping. All designs and manufacturing is done on Caledonian's premises.
